sick

woke up with a racking cough todayas the day drew on, felt more and more sick.
cold was worse, throat feels absolutely raw and painful.
and as i sniffed and coughed throughout the day, started to get headaches,fever and giddiness.
tried to sleep, but felt really cold despite my raging forehead.
wore thick jackets, felt better but couldnt sleep due to the throbbing in my head.
got up and tried to read a book so that i could be tired and fall asleep.
went back to sleep again.
but failed.
legs started to feel like lead..
den eugene called to say he will be dropping by to cook something .
tidied the house a bit.
he cooked this cooling water with salt and honey, tasted quite disgusting, still, i gulped the thing down, almost made me vomit.
still feel very hot.
and eugene felt my forehead and exclaimed it was very hot
so he made me lie down on the sofa and put this towel wrapped with icecubes on my forehead.
he started playing some lullabies for me so i can rest
den my mom came home
and both of them were like egging me to go to the doctor.
estelle called and told me some tips to get better, she just had fever recently but my feeling much better now.
shaun called and he too asked me to go to the doctor.
felt tired, so i was acting quite spoiled.
i was stomping my foot and whining
like:
no!! i dun wan to gooooo... i dun wan i dun i dun wan!
quite embarrassing to let eugene see this side of me
i've no idea why i behaved that way.
and i was pouting like no one's business.
i'm not proud of losing control like this.
went to nam seng clinic at beauty world
reached there at 7, but the doc would only come back at 8.
so i waited around for abit and went down to mac to find mom.
she bought me a filet o fish burger and we waited around
luckily shaun and eugene and mr lee was messaging me, or i'll be really very bored.
when the doctor came back at abt 8.15 pm. waited really long for my turn again..
sighs..
it was over very fast.
i got 4 kinds of medicine.
all at diff timings yet.
sobbs..
the doctor thinks its a viral infection and that i had to clean all my pillow and spreads with hot water. even my toothbrush.
den had to drink lots of water.
he said my illnes is quite serious, and that i have to rest more, and that my sore throat is quite bad. ( loads of phelgm, due to honey.. )
so i got lots of antibiotics.
luckily none of my meds are drowzy inducing this time round :)
reached home and m going to sleep soon :)
made plans to send estelle and co off at the airport on monday morning.
they're flying to japan for abt 10 plus days.
and the flight is in the wee morning.
might be meeting shaun after that.
me and hope will be staying over at eugene's place so that traveling to the airport is not so ex. :)
