today is so fun!

firstly went to the flea at clarke quay, at first i was really excited about going and everything , i mean, i had packed eveything and i'm ready to roll, den when we reached there, the crowd was rather bad, that in the end had to keep talking to eveyone who comes by, luckily the percentage of people buying after hearing is ok, just that ppl who came to the stall wasnt a lot.

noticed a lot of ppl taking photos of our shop as well! :)

i guess the highlight is in the afterhours, :)
fhank brought me to club nana, mainly a thai disco, to take a look.

it was so interesting, i was feeling rather emboldened, so i changed out of my normal work gear into something more low cut i had bought at the flea.
i wanted to fit in so i could observe my surroundings more carefully.
last time we went to club impanema at orchard towers, it was quite awkward for me as i was in sensible work gear.

this time round i wasnt so disappointed.

the singers were really good, at least some of them were. and fhank was a really good companion and commentor, at least i know how things works in bars.
there were ladies walking around the bar/ club with garlands of flowers and banners with $100, $1000 and so on.
if any of the clients like the lady or guy who's perfomring on stage, you can pay the lady for a garland and she will motion to the performer, who will den take the garland and wear it proudly.
for some of the more popuilar singers, its rather evident of the attention they get. a typical song will have them shaking their booty in barely there corsets and swinging their long glossy manes.for the popular performers, they can have up to 10 garlands, and up til $300 worth of tips/garlands for a 5 min song.
and to top it off, the most popular singers will come down personally to thank you for the garlands, and to mingle with the regualrs so as to build rapport so they can get more garlands and so on.each round of performance lasts for about 1.5 hours, after which they'll take a 2 hour break and its on with the show.

not all can sing as well, but they definitely serve for eye candy.
den after that, we had the customary club girls showcase, its basically just another opportunity for the girls in the bar to earn more money by getting more garlands, the girls will dance to the hippest songs, in their mirco mirco minis and hot shorts, and wait for garlands.
as fhank said, most of them cant sing, but they sure can dance, hence they're just selling their image to earn cash.

fair enuff, as long as they arent doing any more then that, if there's one thing i cant understand, is y ppl will degrade to selling their bodies, and their soul.s along with the act, for money.

I'm felling rather blur and sleepy right now, cuz drank a full bottle of heineken by myself :)
i was rather high towards the end, but all in all, it was a really nice and fun experience.
at first , when i'm still feeling high and mighty in my jc days, i used to think that clubs and what nots are just sin holes for booze sex and all kinds of debauchery , however, its not really true, really down to who you are, and how you behave.

i would definitely go again if i have the time, haha, but will dress up this time around, cuz that's half the fun isnt it?

however its kinda addicting , at least to me, perhaps this is all so new and exciting, to fhank, you can totally tell he's jaded, so he will keep saying stuff like,. hhmmm, las timet the singer was better and so on and so forth.

the moment we went in, we got " vip" front row spots. not too bad, went disco with the right person :)

however, i guess i wont be going any time soon, as the transmute home after wards is a big headache.
and taxi fares are sky high at the moment.

ta, i'm rather tired, still have to wake up for SIM's talk tml .
so going off to rest, nights ppl./
